All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

57 minute wait to return a call. Was told that was good, usually a longer wait. Totally unacceptable. You have to have a better way for patients to get back with you. I would never recommend a health care service that is that hard to communicate with!
Had an ear infection that came on out of nowhere, pain level was a 10, like a dagger sticking in my head. Place was empty, Had 2 different nurses, nurse 1 takes me to room, chat about problem real quick, leaves, then 2nd nurse comes in with tools to flush out ears, told me both ears were incredibly clogged with wax, flushed out, but only got a little bit of wax out, Informed me that i should get a product called debrox (ear drops) and use them for a few days, then come back and they could get all the other wax out. The care was good, but the wait time was horrendous. Made an appointment online (very easy process) but once I arrived (15 minutes early), I had to wait over 3 hours after the scheduled appointment time to be seen. Recommend you give the clinic the ability to remove appointment times from the site when they are already backlogged. Or hire more staff.
I've had allergies for 40 years. I wasn't sick but I knew what was coming. They worked with me to make sure I didn't suffer to any greater extent. I would refer anyone to urgent care.
Was only prescribed cough medicine. Went to another facility and was giving a steriod shot & meds a day later to get relief. If I would have known what treatment that I was going to get, I would have never came in.
Love the care given.The only thing I need is better contact as I didn't find out until today that I did not have covid again.I found out when we my daughter and I called about my health. And we had to wait one hour and ten minutes to speak to someone.
As sick as I felt you all did a great job.Your staff is great and carding.
Staff was well-trained, helpful and caring.
After going there and got tested, I was never able to get my results. Also, Main TGH never called me for my Antibodies treatment. Total disappointment.
