All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. When it came to draw my blood the old man's hands were kind of shaky and he missed both times I went to lab corp and she went next to where I told him to go in the first place and she got it
Mistakenly accepted my Medicaid to find out they’ll Be Billing me personally. Mistakenly treated me for a broken Bone to find out my Bone wasn’t broken. Misinformed by the approved specialist... aside from all, service was nice
Administrator of the test was very efficient and told me it would be 3 to 7 days for results. It took NINE days for results.
The only complaint I have is that no one answers phones all day Looking for guidance in relation to test results Tested on Monday now Saturday and no correspondence except your email about your performance and it is not complete. Makes no sense to me
Know these are difficult/strange times, but there must be a better way to administer Covid testing. Waiting in line for 7+ hours with little communication is absurd
My appointment time was 7:30 am. Was instructed to arrive between 7-730am. I was late due to a traffic jam as I live in Clearwater and the causeway that morning had an accident which slowed my arrival Then I am a dialysis with stage 5 Renal Disease and I parked in the deck after 15 minutes riding up to the top to find a spot for some reason it was full at 730am. Mis-diagnosis- ulna is much different than radius and thumb. So my question is - PA’s are under the guidance of a physician. He state she reviewed - especially after I called back regarding the pain. And yet no confirmation-even a call once the radiology report was read-people are more forgiving if you at least acknowledge the problem and it just takes a call . Thanks
Went to the clinic for swollen sore throat, fever and had just started coughing. Was told new guidelines regarding fever. So would not acknowledge fever. Treated for cough and not the throat infection I went in for.. was home one day fever kept rising, throat got worse and left eardrum burst.. Went in again and was giving an antibiotic for infection in ear. Was home one day and infection moved into left eye and green puss was coming out my eye. On 2/16/20 i came to the urgent care I waited 2 hours and saw Kelly Clausing I had a UTI which I've had before she asked what my urologist in Toledo would prescribe. I told her Cipro. Her comment was that was too strong and prescribed CEFDINIR 300mg cap. I took the medicine as prescribed a week after finishing the medicine the UTI came back on March 1. Now I had to call my urologist in Toledo to get treated which started with a urine sample at Lab Corp in Largo and a recheck in 2 weeks. I do want to say the office personnel... read more
