The PA and the medical staffs were excellent! . The reason I gave 1 star is because when I called the office right after my visit to speak to the PA about the medication she prescribed me, whoever answered the phone at the front desk was really rude!! She gave me attitude when I asked to speak to the PA and hung up on me before I even finished talking. Also I waited the whole day for the PA to call me back and no call. Everyone and experience was great yesterday. Would highly recommend coming to this location. Today I was to get a phone call about your staff scheduling me for a CT scan and I have made 2 phone calls and still not scheduled. A PA just called to explain situation and see if they can schedule me for an ultrasound instead. Told me I could eat bland foods as I have had nothing but liquids for over 24 hours. Waiting to see if we can get that test done today. I hope so
Everyone was so professional, friendly and caring.ifelt comfortable in their care. Dr.Ohlin was great and diagnosed the problem immediately. I'm as sick as I was going in.diagnosis MOST LIKELY viral.not sure but can't give me antibiotics? Heart racing, sends me home with motrin.Really? BAYCARE would have covered all bases.I'm having to go see a doctor again today.
I went in for a bad sinus infection. The nurse and the PA were very through with everything they did. I ended up having a very high heart rate, they were extremely concerned and are setting me up with another doctor. Very efficient
1. Unable to do labs in house, which resulted in a 24 hour wait. 2. Slow to respond the next day with lab results.
Iwa sick, went to Fast Track, got treated and got better.
