At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

I was told in the waiting room I could be helped there. Then, checked in and taken back to the room to be told I need to go to the ER so now I have 2 bills to pay. The ARNP that looked at my wound in the waiting, told me she could staple it, and later told me no nevermind could have just told me from the start to go to the ER. Once at the ER, the stapled and sent me on my way no other treatment. Which tells me TGH urgent care should have just done it and sent me home.
Uneventful and quick
Time! I was on vacation and bad enough I got sick but I was second in the door and nobody said others would go first due to signing up on line. I was there almost THREE HOURS
Did a telehealth appointment that went beautifully. Yet later that day the entire phone system was done. You couldn’t contact anyone in the office? The pharmacist and I tried for more than an hour to get in contact with anyone in the office. I even ended up calling main tampa General and asking to be transferred only for the phone system to NOT WORK. How is that acceptable that if somebody’s having a medical emergency or if I needed to contact somebody in the office there would be no way to contact an urgent care. Absolutely... read more
The service received in my private room was top notch; however, it was the loud disgruntled gossip and frustration outside that made the experience a little uncomfortable. Multiple coworkers were discussing their anger with the company’s pay structure. It was very awkward. Maybe discuss it on your break or lunch? I don’t make much either but it’s unprofessional to discuss it within earshot of customers, clients, or patients. I was worried I may get a frustrated nurse that didn’t want to be there and wouldn’t treat me to thei... read more
My experience with PA Hannah Robinson was that she did not recognize my urgent need for anti-biotic for my upper respiratory infection. She gave me medication that did not help me at all. Despite the fact that I told her about my cough and nose discharge were completely green, which was an indication of the need for anti biotic. I had to come back the next day and ask for anti-biotic. I wasn't happy with her diagnosis
Went there because says they have on-site x-rays so after seeing the dr. They said they don't have x-rays available so I asked how about tomorrow they said maybe I said well can I call and check before wasting a trip and they said good luck getting through. This place was nothing but a huge waste of time.
Had swollen leg ., sent me to emergency
I first went to the ER at Morgan plant hospital and there was a 3to5 hr. Wait. So I left and came to Fast Track urgent care. I got to see a doctor or P.A. immediately. They checked me for covid and strep throat because I had a sore throat and other symptoms . When I left I went to CVS to pick up medicine they prescribed for me and I went home and the medicine really helped my throat better. Even though I did land up going back to the ER THE NEXT DAY, I FELT AS IF EVERYONE AT Fast Track was wonderful. Next time I... read more
