The facility was dirty.As you entered, the glass doors were smudgy and the handle on the door felt sticky. I sat in the waiting room for quite sometime. People came and went. Seats were never sanitized. When I got in the room, the old paper was still on the examining table and crumpled. So, they put me on a chair. The floors did not look clean. The bathroom didn't either. .I had an eye infection. Came into the office and sat for 1 1/2 hrs. Only 2 people in waiting room, but I felt like they took everyone else ahead of me and some that came in after me because my eye wasn't as important. It took 5 minutes with me for her to say I had an eye infection and prescribed some medication for me to pick up at CVS. This wait time was unacceptable. I've been there before so they had all my info. Very disappointed in this situation.

I felt that my concerns were dismissed. Yes it was viral however I was rushed. I have always had a great experience. Until this time.

PA and staff was great- Having to pay a copay and I’m sure I’ll get billed just to be told to go to the ER was a waste of money.

I was told on the phone 📱 to fill out the paperwork before and you should be out within 15 minutes. 1.75 hours later they finally called me in. Again I took them for the 5th time that all I needed was the Covid-19 test. When I came in there was 3 woman talking on there cell phone's. When I they took me back the only person who was professional was the Physician Assistant and she apologized for the long wait! Then I had problems with the patient portal. The wait to be seen was too long, and there were only two others in lobby. Once in, wait time normal for the physician, the treatment was professional, and personal. Treated well, left feeling taken care of:

I’ve never written a review for anything but this place deserves one. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any doctors office. The entire staff was extremely rude from the second I walked in the door. Both the medical tech and nurse were beyond rude to me. The tech wouldn’t let me explain my case and then him and the NP Had an unprofessional conversation about me right outside my door. They have rapid Covid tests but refused to give me one and said it was up to the provider whether or not they would use that resource on me. ... read more

I came in with Covid symptoms. But they can also be cold symptoms I know this. I was denied a rapid Covid AND DENIED TREATMENT BUT STILL CHARGED FULL AMOUNT! I want a refund if my copay of fifty dollars!!!!!!! I am an np and know you can treat symptoms. I needed Tessalon/ inhaler and zofran. Your provider was RUDE AND ACTED LIJE A DICK!
