I went there sick with throat pain and coughing the practitioner said there was nothing wrong with me and sent me home i ask to see if he could prescribe and antibiotic call amoxcicillin 875 mg so i could cure the infection and he did not do that he said i didn't need it i was three day after that in bed sick thank god for Dr. Ferralles my permanent doctor they couldn't see me that day so they sent me there to urgent care that was a waste of time i will never go there again i would rather drive 25 miles to Dr.Ferrales becau... read more

An addendum to my previous response. If Mark would have examined me he would have diagnosed shingles and started acyclovir. But I have had to suffer through the pain until today when I saw my PCP. Too late to be started on acyclovir. Thank you Mark for your incompetence.

Provider Mark seemed totally disinterested in my problem. He never palpated nor looked at the area of my pain. He sat there and yawned. Ordered a urinalysis which was negative but sent it for a culture which was negative. Ordered a dose pack which took 2 days and finally a call from my pharmacy to get it filled. Will NEVER return here nor recommend any. New to the area, I couldn’t get an apt with my PCP, so chose to go this facility. Very sorry I did.

I can in with severe nausea. They sent me back right away because of that. I received medicine and a prescription. they had me wait until I could keep down water and was feeling better. Lynne Swink APRN was competent and kind.

Front desk employee was very unprofessional. No eye contact, no manners. When I walked in with my sick child she never turned to look at the pair of us. No greeting. The first thing she said was get your license, insurance card, and debit card. No please or thank you, didn’t even look my way. I handed her the requested documents. I then asked for a restroom for my 6 year old son (he really had to go). She said I’ll open the door when I’m done helping the next person. Empty parking lot, no one is waiting room, 2 snarky young girls who wasted time talking about their relationships instead of entering my information into the system causing me to wait a very long time while having to listen to their trite conversation. Your office seems more concerned with getting paid , spent more time giving credit card and initialing that I will pay, then The time spent trying to help me. Came in with very bad back ache I had self diagnosed it as a kidney infection The Man that came in was the same man at front desk of appearing to be trained. Imagine my surprise when the same goofy guy introduced himself as my doctor He did a urine test In less than two minutes told me no blood in the urine and no kidney infection sounded like a sprain my back somehow I didn’t have a good feeling from the minute I walk through the door and nothing he said made me feel like it was worth $50 to me

I made a reservation for 9:15 am and it was confirmed via my email. I arrived by 9 am and filled out my paperwork someone came in after me with no reservation she was taken back before me when I asked why I was told that I did not have an appointment and I was there before 9:15, this made no sense to me and had to wait another 30 minutes before being seen.
