I went to the clinic because I was not feeling well. I have asthma and barrels esophagus and I did not want to take any chances that either condition would worsen. I. Told them that I did not feel that it was an asthma attack but rather an infection. I have had bronchitis before and it felt a lot like it. The Dr listened to my back and said that she heard nothing. We waited too long for something that, thankfully, turned out to be a simple resolve. The NP had poor bedside manner. The med techs were snippy when we asked what was taking so long for the treatment preparation (+45 minutes for ear lavage). Not happy with our visit overall.

Waited in line for way too long with a broken toe just to check in Patients standing at check in filling out paperwork that could’ve been done sitting down Very frustrating X-ray done per my request

I went to TGH urgent care expecting to be helped. I presented with typical flu symptoms (body aches, sore throat, fever, cough) and shared that I work in a school where I was in fact exposed to flu. My flu test came back negative and I asked if it could be a false negative. I was told ‘not likely’. I asked if I could have an anti viral medicine, like Tamiflu anyway and was told ‘no’. They said to come back in a couple days to see if I tested positive then. My symptoms worsened and so I went back and tested positive for flu. ... read more

The doctor refused to prescribe antibiotics for the strep throat that I had. I had to wait for an appointment with my doctor in order to receive such treatment. Now I feel much better.

My husband and I both went on the same day. PA MacKenzie misdiagnosed my UTI and gave me the wrong antibiotics. The lab called and said it was an e-coli bacteria and phoned in stronger medication. My husband's sinus and ear infection was not treated and he received NO antibiotics. So we are both still sick. The girl at the front desk charged us $250 a person, when our insurance cards say $40 right on the front. We expect a $420 refund from your company STAT. My faith in PA'S is now null and void.
