Fast Track Urgent Care Center is committed to delivering after hours care in a comfortable, clinic setting. Unlike an emergency clinic or an emergency room, our office is focused on the patient experience in addition to the immediate care that is needed. While we see the lacerations, cuts, colds, sinus infections, strep throats, and broken bones that can get in the way of everyday living, we do so in an environment designed around the patient. By pairing the walk-in convenience of the ER with a friendly staff, we have create... read more

I had made an appointment. The imaging technician left for lunch at the same time as my appointment. Obviously, TGH whole process including the Urgent Care freestanding units are in dire need of process reviews and re-engineering. The technician should have been notified about my appointment (hello). You should not waste people's time as it is just a precious as yours. Actually, you should be billed for wasting people's time.
I brought my daughter in for an X-ray of an injury she got at school. There was no X-ray tech on staff, so we were sent to another location 30 mins away. I was told I would have the results within the hour. It’s now the next day and I’ve been on hold for over an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone to get said results. The PA we saw was very nice and kind to my daughter.
A nurse told me I had an upper respiratory infection - which I did not. I'm 73 and know what a URI feels like. My Family Practitioner made me go for a chest x-ray because of this nurse's comment - which was normal.
Saw me quickly for a cough, prescribed antibiotics.
Second time we have visited and go nothing more than a nurse and PA referring us to TGH ER. Tonight with low grade fever and shortness of breath, no Covid test or chest e ray was even suggested. We will not return to this facility. Before TGH purchased it, you saw a doctor and X-rays were done. This seems like just a referral unit for TGH ER. Really should have access to a physician. Or this should be marketed as a PA level facility.
Didn’t open at 8 am like they say they do and kept forwarding my calls very unprofessional
Doctor was desperate by my questions. I tried to get my MRI done but it seemed as if I was making an un logical request (which is not as I checked with my insurance) I would have liked to get more help to get an MRI
I feel the physician could have and should have examined me more and considered what I said were the circumstances were for me coming in and what led to my medical incident besides only an EKGs and blood pressure which could have been impacted by what I've been through. Those tests and measurements could have been impacted by this from my research on the internet versus her immediately wanting to call 911 and send me elsewhere. She did not even examine the reason why I came in there which was abdominal pain, nor did she lis... read more
There was no doctor at this facility. I was seeing by a PA, which was very attentive and nice to my request of seeing a doctor instead. I don’t believe she liked much my request but she understood it. Anyway I was prescribed antibiotics. I tested positive for Covid. Two days later I called to the urgent care because my cough wasn’t going away and the pain was horrible. I called multiple times to this clinic and the phone ran for minutes… I was waiting up to 25 minutes and no one answered the phone. It is ridiculous and the p... read more
