Personable and professional service by all members. Given the circumstances of my visit, the team made it as seamless and pleasant as possible.
I have always had a very pleasant experience with my Gandy office. All staff seem very nice as well as professional. All ailments have been addressed with excellent results…Until Now. I went to my same Gandy location with a broken fibula. Everyone was very nice as per usual. However, That visit was on Sunday, July 24th. It is now Tuesday, July 26th. I have yet to hear back from anyone there. We were told they would call us the next day with referrals for and orthopedic specialist. Never happened. We tried calling them twice.... read more
It was wonderful experience. Staff and a doctor were very prompt, polite and professional. I appreciate their care and concerns.
I would NEVER EVER GO BACK!!! I can't believe ethically what they did! I brought my daughter in and they said sorry we can't help you here, you need to go to the ER. They billed us for a doctor's visit! How is that fair or ethical? It's absurd! I've called and get zero help.

The medication I was prescribed made me worse. I will never go to Fast Track on Gandy again !
I really believe that you can do more than you do for your patients.
All the staff were great 😊. My only concern is what they did not do blood cultures test in order to know what happened.
Went for a COVID test. I was positive. Told to quarantine for 5 days. Was not given any Rx. Came back 2 days later because my throat was so sore, I couldn't eat/swallow anything. Only offered Lidocaine rinses, which I have (no relief). I don't like sitting in the car, but understand the reasoning. Now I have finished quarantine, but have the worst cough I have ever had. Needed to get Rx cough syrup from primary. So nothing done wrong; maybe anticipating the sore throat and coughing and mitigating the severity. I've been pre... read more
