First Checked for appt time 30 mins before the my time . Waited over an hour outside and an hour in a room, then they Misdiagnosed me and sent me to emergency room. Spent 12 hours there and $ because of it .
It's over a week since by visit & I am still coughing up & blowing yellow mucus, not as much as before. Hopefully I am at the end of this..
i understand it’s an urgent care. but if you ask people to make appointments for service, then stick close to them. waiting 2 hours after an appointment is not acceptable. especially when all i needed was a quick swab of nose.for covid test.
Made an appointment for 3:15 for Covid testing and wasn't seen until 5:30. Dr. Victoria was very hasty with me and didn't seem to care about my well being and barely checked me. She basically said, you tested positive for Covid, handed me some paperwork to read through and sent me on my way
Megan Warkomski PA-C was extremely rude, I come there looking for help and she was disrespectful and arrogant. I was really set back from my first impression because how rude she was coming off. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or needed a nap but her demeanor was completely unacceptable. The X-ray was of the incorrect part of the arm. They missed the part of the arm that was actually hurting.
I am paid based off of the amount of work I do as a technician. If your employees had done their job properly for my first visit, I most likely would have been back in the shop the following day. Contact me for more information.
They followed up with me, sent a prescription to my pharmacy and I picked it up within the hour. Thank you!
The Doctor who saw me was fantastic. She really tried to understand what was going on regarding my not feeling well.
