Every time I go, the wait is worst. Make an appointment cause they tell you is better and faster which they told a lady in front of me and another patient which both is us didn’t agreed with. Others left and then when you ask they can’t figure out who’s next. I got offered the meds there which I agreed to but yet they send the prescription to the pharmacy then called me find out why I hadn’t pick up the meds. Seems very unorganized
I waited over 2hours to be seen with a splitting migraine, where the lights were killing me. For the Doctor to tell me they couldn’t do an IV (since I had been puking for days), or help with the pain. I had to go to the ER. Then went there and waited 2hrs to be seen and finally get an IV. With the worse head pain of my life. The site says you have IV’s and then I wait and that’s not the case.
The people there were great, but even with an appointment I waited over an hour. If I had known how long it would take I would have gone elsewhere
We waited 3 hours to get in. My son still has a cough and congestion. I felt he needed an antibiotic but we only were prescribed a cough syrup. He’s been vomiting now from coughing so hard and it hasn’t gone away in over a week. Had to go to another doctor.
This is the 2nd time being faced with a particular PA that works at TGH Urgent care. The 1st time was when I was presenting with sinus infection symptoms, coughing up green phlegm, after being sick 7-8 days already with Covid. I had to stand my ground to get antibiotics. Her reasoning “we don’t like to prescribe antibiotics short of 10 days”. Seriously? I had already had Covid 7-8 days and she wanted me to sit around for an additional 10 seeing if it resolved itself? Didn’t get any help. no test or idea of what to do to improve my situation
I've been waiting for a call back from the nurse no one has called me. This place is very unethical. You're better off going literally anywhere but here. Never again.
Needed a stat CT which I was told would be scheduled same day it's now three days later and I've left two voicemails and have not had a call back or my test set up.
Everything was great! I really appreciate your care, concern, and great services
