Your staff at the front has no compaction for any patients I had a very high bp with a history of brain tumor and mini stokes still waited two hours to see a Dr

Even with an appointment I waited for 2 hours to be seen.
Disappointing, As a walk-in patient, I waited 3 hours to be seen. Even watched a "reservered" patient walk out.
I waited TWO hours to be seen. This was with an appointment.
First of all I love Tampa general. I've been going to the clinic on gandy since before you even bought it and I have always had a great experience there and at your hospital and that Dr Gana's office which you guys run as well. My last visit to the urgent Care on Gandy Blvd was awful. I saw a nurse practitioner by the name of Megan Warkomski she treated me like a child. Made an appointment and waited for over an hour… they forgot to call me back and took several patients without appointments instead.
I injured my arm/shoulder and was given anti inflammatory medication that wasn’t available in any pharmacy. Shouldn’t PA know if medication is rare and need to be ordered? I was in excruciating pain until Monday when I was able to go to my PCP. PA was very nice, but not very sure of what she is doing.
Had to wait for 3 to 4 hours before waited on, another hour before checked on. Given prescription to high for insurance to pay. It was a terrible experience. Going to another urgent care.
