I went for an out of state college physical paid $95 arrived with all forms and vaccine record. Left with completed form ***cleared *** but no mention of vaccines required to live in the dorm. I now have to schedule another visit somewhere to get vaccines required to live on campus. Waste of time.
I called before I went and was told that they had the ability to sufficiently test for my concerns. That was not the case, as I saw the doctor and was told that I needed to go to the ER because they could not do the testing on site. It was a waste of time and money.
Had 2:15 appointment and was not seen by a nurse until 3:40. The person that took my vitals barley spoke, showed zero interest in being pleasant and obviously does not like her job.
The doctor took her time with me and explained everything to me. She was very knowledgeable and she also understood me as I'm also in the medical field and she wrote me the note that I needed to have in order to go back to work. All of the staff from the time I walked in the door to the doctor treating me and until the time I left everything was wonderful five stars and I really appreciate that!

Waited 2 hours before I saw anyone and another hour in the back.
I fell and was in excruciating pain. X-ray performed. Initial diagnosis was hamstring tear. NP never even touched or examined me. Back thigh is horrendously bruised and swollen. No wrap as indicated treatment should be.
Not happy with the wait time, what is the purpose of making an appointment, if you have a 40 minute wait to get called back. I had an appointment. Arrived 10 minutes before, in case there was any paperwork I needed to fill out. Waited 40 minutes till I was called back to the exam room. I spent five minutes with the nurse, and 10 minutes with the doctor. Short time getting services L-O-N-G wasted waiting time in the lobby.
I feel the clinic should be able to do more than they do. My father age 92 is diabetic and tore a tonail which was sticking straight up. The Nurse Practioner spoke with the doctor that did not come in and see my father, that they had no tools to cut the toe nail. They prescribed an antibiotic and told him to see a podiatrist. His podiatrist was not available and that is why we went to the clinic. They put in a request to see one of their on call podiatrist but could not guarantee he could get an appointment.
