I had a 2:15 appt. And was not seen until after 5:00. Don’t offer appointments if you can’t fulfill them.
It wasn't the best experience. I made the appointment online uploading insurance information and other stuff that you are required. I arrived at 615pm but I had to wait 1hr and 47min before being seen. The front desk people is not helpful or empathetic at all and take a lot of time to process your information and asked my again for the information I had completed online when making the appointment. I Went in as a walk-in and checked in on my chart. I Check-in and the front desk was emphatic and said to come back in 1hr and 20 minutes if sooner she would call me. So I left and came back later and I wasn't feeling well so I had my husband go in and he we was told another hour, I went home I could;t hold my heald up any longer and my asthma was exacerbated. I pulled a muscle? ( I think) but now I think it’s a Sciatic nerve. It’s not any better. I’m still in pain. I’ll give it two more days and then I’ll go to the ER. The pain is very bad.
Very caring and professional. Great follow-up. Time waiting was a bit much, but it was the day after Christmas! :)
Very professional and caring although the wait time was a bit much.
Nurse practitioner came in, asked 2 questions and in less than 10 seconds and no exam, handed me a script and said to go to ER if I felt it was life threatening. Ended up leaving and going to At Urgent Care on Dale Mabry and had a much better experience with better care and direction. People like that shouldn’t be in medicine
Waiting for 2-1/2 hours after online check-in is unacceptable. Turns out I have a sinus infection. I'm still struggling with no medication prescribed.
Long wait and not make any test for check and make correct diagnosis and the doctor make a random diagnosis and treatment I need visit after that ER because my daughter make more worse and the right diagnosis are RSV not ear infection.
