I called before going to the Wesley Chapel location to ensure that a covid test could be performed. After driving there and waiting an hour and a half, I was told that I would need to go to the Carrollwood location on Gunn Hwy because a covid test would need to be done. The front desk clerk didnt really have a great attitude, she treated each person walking in like they had the cooties -But the UPS guy and he would have the most . She never stopped him and yelled out demands to him he was able to walk in and walk straight to the front desk hand off his dirty package and keep it moving .

Very professional. Did not waste my time. Recognized my symptoms as being allergy related but still did the Cover 19 test out of an abundance of caution. As expected, it was negative. Prescribed appropriate medication to ease my symptoms. Unfortunately, there is nothing they can do to get rid of pollen.

Extremely long wait about 3 hours and when I asked the receptionist how long was the wait she said "very long". Three other people came in after me...they were seen before me. I have Cigna Insurance and have no co-pay for Covid-19 testing. The receptioninst took a copy of my valid insurance card, my driver's license and insisted that I leave a copy of my credit card on file or pay cash. I had to pay $75 (the normal charge) to get COVID-19 tested even though the state said that testing would be at no charge to the patient/citizens. The PA also wanted to test for influenza even though I put on my paperwork that I only wanted the test that I went there for. That's how they got around charging me. I knew I did not have influenza. I had the vaccine. This location was only doing these tests so they should not have charged the copay. The Government needs to hear about this. PA was not the problem!

There is nothing “fast” about this location. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour. Only to be taken back to another room and have to wait another long period of time. My copay is more than if I had just went to my PCP. I’ve lost about 2 hours of time that I could be resting sitting in this office waiting to be seen. The wait time makes this place not worth it.

The experience was a disconnected one. I had gone to one TGH urgent care on gunn highway for respiratory symptoms and a cold. I was told I needed an x-ray but there was no x ray tech on hand to take the x-ray. So l was sent to the Westchase TGH urgent care. There I had the x-ray done and I was called that night by the nurse practitioner with the results and with instructions to go see my primary care in three days. The nurse practitioner was very nice and friendly and gave me good care.The receptionist was not friendly at all neither was the nurse assistant.
