All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Fui a hacerme la prueba del corona virus y me dio positivo y a los 3 días no habían puesto las medicinas en la farmacia . Según la clínica la enfermera no hizo su trabajo.
The 2nd girl that worked the front desk during our visit was very rude . When I walked up she did not speak or greet me in anyway . She just looked at me until I spoke to her and then gave me a dirty look , cocked her head to the side and just said “name”. Your front desk workers are your patients first point of contact and should be trained to greet people in an appropriate , friendly and professional manner . The doctors and nurses in the back were great and very friendly and efficient.

The exam consisted of a bit of pressure in two spots on my back and two on stomach. Meds did nothing
My procedure was almost canceled because your anesthesiologist did not check into my history before the surgery. My procedure was delayed several hours causing me anxiety. My records are in your data base. They should check into every patient before hand. Not hours before the surgery.
A surgery that was for 1 was changed to 4 then 5 ended at 6. When I was being discharged I was told by the nurse that had forgotten to give me my regular medications including my insulin. After surgery the rest of my sugar was never checked. I needed for the pain to be taken away from me and I ended up doing it myself because I was in pain waiting. Had an appointment and had to wait 2.5 hours to be seen
The initial exam was great and explained to the fullest and was looking forward to follow up therapy. The follow up call was lack luster as the employee was rude and didn’t care about making arrangements to assist with my schedule. She was quick to just say that’s all and told me to pick up my paperwork at any location. Due to her attitude I will not use TGHUC in the future and will not recommend to others based on this level of service.
Front staff were inefficient and slow. Medical care Providers were nice.
