All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Arrived at the office with a severe fever and very sick. I was unable to fill out the needed paperwork so I was assisted by the employees at the counter. No sooner did I set down as I was called back and testing began.
CHECKIN policy typically slow with onerous paperwork. Completely repetitive with every other doctor.
I was taken right away by the front desk. They were having computer issues and stated they needed to put my credit card on file because they couldn't confirm my insurance. I offered to call them but they they said no. A lot of staff around talking to each other made me feel uncomfortable. I was diagnosed correctly and picked up two medications after I bought them home and took one of each I was called that I was given one in error and should through it away. .didnt wait too long, about 20 min...Music is bad, non relaxing...was asked many questions regarding sinus issue, then given RX...
Everything was great except for one of the front desk staff. Very unfriendly. Instead of greeting me upon arrival to the desk she just looked at me, So I had to greet her. Very uninviting and unprofessional. I felt like I was bothering her for bringing my child in to be seen.
Good clinic for non emergency treatment.
Staff was friendly. No wait!
The front desk staff need customer service training. They are rude and you have one female employee that I’m not sure her title but she acts if she owns the clinic and her behavior towards staff and patients is horrible!!!
They still can't get their damn computer portal to work or log people in. It is pathetic. Mark
