Once signed in and paperwork complete, saw 2 people. Technician took vitals and APRN Craig discussed symptoms. Received RX - sent to pharmacy-- which relieved my ongoing nausea/vomiting situation. Feeling much better All handled skillfully --very satisfied

I was shocked to see people in line for Covid and not a drive thru style. I sat in the waiting room for about an hour or more, only sanitizing pens and Clío boards, never the waiting room sitting area. I didn’t feel safe

After arriving early for my 8:30 PCR COVID-19 test appointment, the doors were unlocked by Michael. He began to set up the front desk and gave me paperwork to complete. I waited until another staff member came out to take my paperwork. She worked in the referral section, but due to some confusion, the opening person went to another facility. As she worked to get the scanner to take my paperwork and ID, she called another office and found the missing staff member. I was called back to the examining room at 9:15. Seems to always be a long wait. It's confusing because there is rarely anyone in lobby. The fellow that took me back said they were "swamped", however, I was the first one there and waited 40 minutes.....How were you "swamped"? My second visit was worse. I waited outside for office to open. Door was not unlocked until almost 10 minutes after the opening time posted on the door. Again, I waited and waited. I waited for almost 2 hours to be seen. People who walked in after me were seen before me. When I asked about timing, as I had to pick up my daughter from school, the person taking vitals was very rude. I have orange, yellow, and green mucus that had persisted after taking the steroid prescribed. I will seek help elsewhere from now on.

No one is on time. Office was 7 minutes late opening. Staff had one excuse after the other. I got a call back looking for a follow-up, was on hold almost 30 minutes.....you need to adhere to a time frame because apparently you have no concept for people with a schedule. Ugh

It was not good I had to make an appt, so I did for 1145 they told me get there 15 min early I did I was there at 1130 I did not leave there until 230pm All they did was blood pressure and swap my nose That’s way too long

Very misleading in offering DISCOUNTED PRICES FOR UNINSURED PATIENTS. The cost for visit to receive a TETANUS VACCINE due to stepping on a rusty nail was US$160.00. Outrageous to have been charged this amount. Office personnel does not answer phone lines, which I would like to share as another complaint. I am very disappointed for you to be affiliated with TGH since I have always maintained high standards in respect to this Hospital (TGH). Very unsatisfied with the cost for such a simple Walk-In visit.

I was 1 minute late for an online 10:15 appointment, so they rescheduled me at 12:15. I was not seen until 1:30, which is ridiculous. Why enforce exact punctuality on the patient's arrival time if you are not going to be punctual in seeing the patient.
