The experience with the Physians assistant was great, 5 Stars. Also the triage nurse was ok @ 4 Stars; she needs to learn to speak concisely and clearly. Had to ask her to repeat numerous times. The front desk was a horrible experience. Training a new person who clearly did not know the forms or the computer. Her trainer had no personality and was little help to her. 0 Stars for the front desk personnel. That is your clients first impression of your business, need to work on their customer service skills & training.
The nurse practitioner was very nice but the lady at the counter was rude and so was the male nurse who started me off. Not friendly at all and they both had an attitude problem.
Got in pretty quickly but the doctor was very condescending and rude. Probably won’t go to this location again.
It was obviously a financial decision on your part and that is fine. However, your clients should not be standing at the front desk in front of the entire waiting room with a line growing behind them discussing finances. I will seek my future urgent care needs elsewhere. I have other options.
My care was fantastic. The problem I had with my visit and the reason I will not be back is solely because of the recent policy of having a credit card on file that you insist on charging if my deductible does not appear to be fulfilled.

The only issue this time was having to wait over 5 minutes before anyone came out and talked to us when we arrived. Other than that it was a great experience.
I received no medication or recommendations for over the counter medications to help me feel better.
