At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Girls were not professional looking. Had long jeweled nails and nose rings and tattoos. Not my thing
The care was good the wait time to see a physician was 2 hours before I even got to see a doctor. Then come to find out I had the flu but was past the window of time to treat it but still given tamiflu and ended up in the hospital with pneumonia the next day! Spent 3 days in the hospital on heavy antibiotics and was told the physician who saw me at the walk in should have sent me to the nearest emergency room and not home with tamiflu!
I used to go to Fast Track all the time for both myself and son as the perfect, quick urgent care center. I’m not sure if it was just different daily staff or staff put in by TGH since the acquisition but they definitely did not portray the experience provided previously. Arrived as the first person, upon opening and still was not brought back to Triage until a half hour later and only after I inquired about when I would be seen. Bedside manner was poor. I waited over an hour just to be taken to the back. This would be understandable if it were busy, but it was a Sunday afternoon and there was only ONE person in front of me. That didn’t stop the receptionist and the on hand physician from cracking jokes, laughing, and having a good time... while I sat there waiting! It was very disappointing that on the day if my appointment there was not an x-ray tech available. I had to drive from the Carrollwood location to Westchase in a terrible rainstorm during rush hour when I was in pain. They said it was 10 minutes away but it took me at least 1/2 hour. When I arrived at Westchase they did work me in right away. The tech (Tim) was VERY nice & efficient. I will think twice before going to the Carrollwood location again because they couldn't perform the entire exam.
Front desk & tech were very nice. Not impressed with Amber. I found her to be slightly rude. I will not go back if she’s there.
Your receptionist left me in the waiting room for close to half hour with stroke symptoms.
As you can see by my record i visit frequently. It's convenient & fast. I usually can see Dr.. after work. However your new policy of keeping my credit card on file is unacceptable. I told the receptionist I was not comfortable with this. She made me feel that if I did not comply I could not see the Dr. So I complied. I want my credit card removed. I will not visit again. Its wrong. If there is a balance... BILL me. Do not use my credit card. Not Happy.
