All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. practioner was very dismissive. didn't listen to what i had to say. felt very rushed.

I had a very disappointing run in with this clinic. The blonde woman at the front desk was especially moody, with a lot of eye rolling. She was positive I had no appointment until I showed her my confirmation email. Which quickly made her realize she shouldn’t be so horrible and cold. But I was turned away anyway.
Over 3 hours standing outdoors in over 95 degrees temperature with blaring sun only to get a number to come back in the evening.
Cannot wait 2 weeks for covid 19 test
Went in because I have a sinus infection. Given a COVID test rapid results, negative. I'm asking for a antibiotic, but no it's not bacterial only a virus....What kind of virus exactly just told by the Physician Assistant (PA) Kelly Clausing it's a virus, and I'll prescribe some nasal spray and Bromfed to easy symptoms. Very bad communication between J. Lucas and TGH or the patient me
Good experience! In this time of uncertainty, I was pleasantly surprised when I pulled up to the Fast-Track Drive thru for my covid19 test. I didn't quite know what to expect but was greeted with smiling, kind nurses who explained the process and put my mind at ease. Thank you!
