Waited 4 hours outside in the heat, only to be told I was given the wrong test. Queue waiting an additional hour and a half, an not to be told “ sorry, we can’t give you the fast track test you wanted sir, have a nice evening”. Only the nurse who came to speak to me was competent enough to inform of why I couldn’t receive the test. Which if any of the staff before her knew, I wouldn’t have had to sit on the curb in 95 degree heat for 5 hours.

The staff gives you The wrong timeframe for results from the COVID-19 test. We have been waiting for results and it has been hell because u guys never and i mean never answer your phones -we leave messages and no one ever and i mean ever calls back. Amber said 2-4 days and that has come and gone and u all just don’t care!!!! Mike said he’d call me And he hasn’t..... We cant believe anything anyone says. I think the only thing I would change is your efficiency, instead of using employee time of 30 minutes to wipe down manually you can cut your time by almost 80% or more by purchasing EMist EPIX360 Handheld Electrostatic Sprayer. After calling for over two hours and not getting an answer, I finally drive to this location for a COVID test. I walked in to two empty bottles of sanitizer on a table, and checked in. I was told there were 10 people in front of me. I asked the receptionist how long it would be and she said she couldn’t give me an estimate. After two hours in my car, I walked in and asked how much longer it would be and was told that they were JUST inputting my information and that there were STILL 5 people in front of me. The appt. I initially made online was not seen on arrival . I was then told I would need to wait at least 2 hours before being seen as a walk in so I made another appt. on site online which was seen by receptionist . I then waited over 3 hours to be seen for a blood test. The M.A. twice installed needles to draw blood unsuccessfully and needed the DR to do it . ( unpleasant experience). The receptionist doesn’t wear a mask. Doesn’t feel safe to just talk to her. I waited for 1 hour even with appointment. The person who send the test said they would call me with results I’m still waiting is being a week.

A two hour wait to get a 15 minute COVID test is unacceptable. I also think it is not ok to have people being tested for COVID in a waiting room with other people. The health department And CVS do a drive through.

I was having a panic attack and doctor refused to give me any medication to calm me down and help my breathing. Doctor thinks I have acid reflex but quickly left the room when I tried to find out more information on why he thinks I have acid reflux did not tell me how to treat it either instead I was given an inhaler which is not helping my trouble breathing from anxiety. I thought that I was just going to sign give them my cell phone number if there were papers that needed to be filled I would fill them while sitting in my car when it was my turn to be seen l would receive a call especially during this quarantine time .
