All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

I just answered you. The nurse practitioner was great. However no radiologist ever called me after looking at me X-ray. Before you merged with fast track, a radiologist would always call me. I will now have to see my podiatrist for her to take my X-ray and give me feed back on it. The nurse practitioner was great but reading X-rays is nit her specialty.
The nurse practitioner was fantastic. My issue I have is a radiologist never called me after my X-ray. Before TGH merges with Fast Track, a radiologist would always review the X-ray and call me with the results. I didn’t get that so I will be seeing my podiatrist who will take her own xrays and review herself and give me the results right away.
You have to get there 2-3 hours before they open for the COVID-19 testing. They only do 25 test a day and no chance to just call and schedule one! Myself and other people I know have gone here and each time in the same week the process has been different. This facility is very unorganized and changes apparently each day, depends on who is working I guess. Not the typical standard you would expect from TGH. The only thing I can say nicely is the Doctor issuing the test was very friendly and willing to answer question.
You almost have to spend the night in order to be seen and I still have not gotten my results back as of yet
First those front clerk has no sympathy.When call pt you don't identify which one calling there should name station by num or person should signal who had call.There was no handsanitizer visable.. I have tried to call for 2 days and no one will answer the phone. I was on hold for 45 minutes. I also can't get an appointment online.
Terrible service and very unprofessional, the nurse practitioner tested me for COVID 19 and then she trough the test in the garbage. When I called for results they said the test was never sent. This is not how health professionals behave.
My nose still hurting after two days with your drive through.
I arrived at 9:00 a.m. and stood in a line that did not move for hours. When we arrived closer to the doors approximately noon, a sign had been posted stating that no tests would be administered after 2:00p.m. Once thru the door it took another hour for the 5 page registration form to be handed to me. When this was completed I was told to step outside AGAIN and wait to be called in for yet another hour to see the triage nurse.
