At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

I left a review earlier about my visit after spine surgery. My lab were held past 12:30 on Friday, too late for my neurosurgeon 2 hours away and I can’t get into PCP at USF as he didn’t get the message until 4:30. I left out one thin that bothered me. My appointment was at 3:30 for a simple covid test. I waited over 2 hours and wasn’t called until after 5:30. I didn’t get out of the office until almost 6pm.
The apron to taken care of me doesn’t care and really unprofessional. I went las Sunday I still waiting for her to give a preauthorization for my prescription be released. Even I went personal couples time to be sure she do her job as suppose to follow the patient. I still suffer for my condition and still waiting to resolve the issue. Bad staff as a medical urgent care. Never again
I was there for a pre employment drug scree. And I had to pee so bad I felt sick, it took well over an hour to get me. Close to two hours. My god the wait was awful
Came in because of shortness of breath. Had 6:15 appt. called back at about 6:45. Got lectured by nurse on why I should be seeing my primary dr. Rather than Urgent Care. Then said Dr. would be in shortly. At 7:30 I got up and left. Will never use them again.
We had an appt for COVID testing. Although my husband and I both had appts we waited. He waited more than I . Staff at the front desk was polite, but training someone, so not real attentive. (I worked as a manager at a medical facility for 37 years.) After being seen was told to go upfront to ck out, no one attending at the side window and lots of pts. In line in the waiting room, so I interrupted the training and was told I could leave.
I was told by the exit nurse who came into the room with all the doctors not the usual nurse helping me , that my prescriptions would be sent to my room upon being exiting out ... Let’s just say that didn’t happen & I’m sitting in this waiting with my husband waiting outside because my prescriptions are not done ✅ ... I’m sitting waiting with pain :(
I had to wait about 3 hours before I was seen. I sat in the chair for that long and no one ever asked me if I needed anything or how long I had been there I finally had to say that I had been there since around 11:30. When I got in the nurse practitioner did apologize.
