At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

I was told check in at 9:30 am, when I arrived at 9:00 am they told me my appointment is for 12:36 pm. This is not acceptable

Went in with double ear infection. Doctor only prescribed 2 nasal medications. Why no antibiotics?
The worst experience I have ever had. I went there to take a rapid Covid test. I had trouble breathing for the past week and a bad cough. The person administering my Covid test shoved it so far up my nose that my nose started bleeding and she was very rude. It was completely inhumane to be administering a test like that. I get Covid tested weekly for business purposes and I have never had such an awful experience.
1st, I am a paramedic. I have a history of asthma. I showed up (20 min to close which is why I believe I got such shitty care cause they didn't want to stay) complaining of problems breathing. I was rushed in and out of there in a total of 12 minutes with a shot of steroid and a steroid pack. No breathing treatment because they didn't hear wheezing. Receptionist was rude, she had a bad attitude. Then, after I took my test for a job the girl who was with me in the back asked me to sit up front for 5 minutes while she waiting for some paperwork to print. After 20 minutes I asked the receptionist to check to see what was going on because I was going to be late for work, she didn’t even get up to see what was going on. I waited 40 minutes to be checked out from a simple drug test. Other than that the test itself was quick.
I scheduled an appointment and it took some time to get to the receptionist, maybe 10-15 minutes standing. Then I had to wait over an hour to be seen by Megan. It may have had something to do with my symptoms but it would have been nice to know why both myself and another lady were kept waiting.
The strep check and covid check tech was aggressive and unfriendly. My son was ill and in pain. He came in, said “don’t cough on me” and proceeded to give the most aggressive strep test and covid test I’ve experienced. I have had that same tech perform my covid test on previous visit and it was not like this. If he was having a bad day, he should not have taken it out in my son. Made an appointment (reservation), no one in the lobby, but waited for an hour. Checking into the kisko was more than a pain.
