At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

After describing my symptoms they referred me to the emergency room, I must immediately drive my car. Until then everything is fine, I understand they are busy, but what makes me furious is that they charged me $ 50.00 copay, and they didn't even put the Stethoscope on me. Inhuman and shameless attitude.
Totally organized and rapid wait time. The staff and Doctors were easy to talk to.
Made an appointment ahead of time and still waited over an hour to see the doctor. Very friendly staff and clean establishment but wait time was ridiculous.
Long slow moving line. Very rude women working the desk.
The nurse practitioner Doris Scruggs did not state her name when entering the room. Spent maybe 2 min with me. She said she would come back to talk to me and did not the nurse did. When I said to the RN I just received an email that my son was in contact with someone that tested positive Covid. The ARNP came back and did not ask me about it but stated the cdc guidelines that my son was Covid positive I needed to quarantine for 14 days. Front desk needs serious customer service training. Very unprofessional!
Made an appointment still waited 1hour and half before being seen too long of a wait. Appointment should come first verses walk in.
The staff was nice and moved quickly at first, but when I left to go fill my prescription because i was in pain and wanted it to stop, I found out they never called and filled it for me so I had to wait in pain. In order to find out this information, I had to wait on hold for 40 minutes with them to ask what happened and get it worked out.
The service was quick, efficient and organized. The scheduling was terrible. I was scheduled for Sunday at my pre op related to my work schedule. I work every Saturday. The Covid center scheduled me for Saturday not the Sunday and they did not return my calls at the number provided or answer the phone. I called multiple times. I had to leave work with short notice and left them in a bind. I also didn’t get paid! Very expensive test and inconsiderate to patient.
