All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

I had a COVID test earlier today. Upon arrival and fully masked with an N-95, I approached the receptionist. She, along with the rest of the staff, as expected, was masked. I was handed forms and instructed to fill them out in the waiting area. Once completed, I was told to wait in my car, at my option, and they would call when they were ready to administer the test. Had a 130 appointment did not get called till 410 . 2 hours and 40 minutes I had to wait also the girl at the desk was rude not sure if I will come back.
Waited 4.5 hours to be seen. Was a walk-in for covid test. When I finally got to the first professional, he took my vitals and asked me if I had my two vaccine shots. I said I had. He then said I probably don't have the virus. I told him my spouse had her vaccines and she was a confirmed covid case. Then was led to another room where I waited another 20 minutes. The service was terrible & the receptionist are rude asf.
Came in with complaints of conjunctivitis the nurse practitioner listened to my lungs heart rate etc didn't find a concern other than conductivitis. Which is problematic because conjunctivitis is a symptom of covid which I had and didn't know. After I left your office I went to Walgreens and got tested and found out that I was fully involved with covid. You really should be suspicious of a 74-year-old man with pink eye.
Worst experience ever! Don’t try to contact this business by telephone because you’ll never get through! Was on hold for over two hours straight with no one answering the phone! And that was multiple times! Finally got a hold of someone in Billing who had no idea how to contact anybody. This is unacceptable!

Registration Representative customer service was horrible
Everyone on staff was very friendly however the office is not efficient. I had made an appt ahead of time and arrived 10 mins prior to that appt time. I stood in line just to get checked in for 45 mins. From there I waited an addition 25 or so mins to be seen. My appt was scheduled for 11am and I wasn't brought into an exam room until 12:15.
