At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

I was able to see Dr within an hour. Friendly staff. Close to home.
Had a 11:30 am appt. Was only one other person ahead of me in lobby. I was not called back till 12:28 when I was the only one in the lobby waiting after the person in front of me was called 30 minutes prior. I think it was lunch time and less staff available. I honestly felt I was forgotten until I asked the receptionist how much longer her response was unless they got busy in the back. Hmmm only one patient before me?? I haven't gotten of my lab reports back yet. No call or nothing. Everything else was A ok. I would like a call please to confirm my labs.
Me and my wife had a scheduled appointment to get tested for covid. When we arrived we explained she had tested positive a week earlier and I had no symptoms. Regardless of the people working there’s thoughts on if we should get tested or not we wanted to make sure that we weren’t still positive because we have children at home an elderly parents who help watch them. I was in and out in about 40 minutes for a muscle strain!
Waited for an hour just to be told that the couldn’t test me for covid….
This urgent Care office has always been great. After having three covid tests all come back negative, my doctor sent me to the urgent Care in order to see if I had bronchitis or flu. I was tested for the flu, told I had an upper respiratory infection after listening to my lungs and then quickly sent away. I wasn't given any medicine and was told instead that I should only take Tylenol if my fever went above 101.5. This is day 6, my fever is still high, and I'm still feeling all the symptoms I was. Front desk staff was very rude, I was there for over 3 hours with zero updates. People were being seen before me as I was there before them.
I felt my issues were not resolved and My symptoms were dismissed by the doctor. She was very nice but I did not trust her diagnosis and felt she could have offered additional tests and procedures to rule out other conditions.
