At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Set appointment online and came to the location. Once there I was greeted and asked a few questions. Had to fill out paperwork and then was brought back to see a PA. Very little time spent with PA. Thought finger was broken but he said it was most likely a ruptured tendon. No X-ray, put on a finger splint and was done. Now I am waiting for referral to the orthopedic surgeon to take a closer look to determine next steps.
Website would not allow me to do you fast track as it has in the past so I just called no one ever answered got dressed and drove there before anybody answered 55 minutes I was on the phone on holder before anybody came to the phone to answer at all.
Made an appointment and arrived on time, yet waited an hour and a half to be seen. Multiple people who walked in after me were seen before me. Front desk staff didn’t seem to care.
Your own people told me that the particular insurance I have would be accepted at your establishment. When I arrive to get a COVID test done I was told that my insurance was not accepted. I took every possible precaution to make sure that I would not have this problem. I made this appointment a month in advance. I could have gone some where else and not be billed $420.00 dollars for two COVID test. Unfortunately you folks left me me with no other possibility since we were supposed to be at the airport with in 2 hours.
I'm not going to download an app to get my results. Period.
First off I waited an hour only to be told that they did not do Covid Antibody testing on site but gave me a prescription to go to a lab. I had called the day before and was told they did The antibody testing. And when I arrived I also informed the clerk what I was there for. In light of The pandemic, I would think they would have some type of texting system where you wouldn't have to sit in the waiting room all that time, especially when many are coming in to test for covid. Your facility does not use best practice? I had a COVID and flu test with a regular q-tip. I thought they are suppose to go in a tube with fluid. Was the test really done. Once nasal swab was completed it was placed on the wrapper over the garbage hole. I never saw the nurse or ARNP wash their hands. Came in the room with gloves on and never removed them. Was told lab results would take 2-4 days. It’s now been a week and have heard nothing. I’ve called a couple times, was told my results were in but that the provider hadn’t added to my chart. Super frustrating and little help when I call!
Friendly staff up front. Doctor was nice and talked to me.
