All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

The facility was difficult to get into because the only ramp was several stores away in the strip shopping center. The staff made no effort to help when we went to the door that used to be the entrance. Then the exam table was too high for an elderly person with mobility issues. We had to leave and go to Trinity ER right down the road. I was transferred to the hospital by ambulance and admitted to the ICU for heart block 2. I was seen very quickly , I saw Elizabeth Tavernarii and was given AMOXCLAV875 and a nose spray...I was soooooooo sick, the medicine made me feel like a new person within 24 hours. It was great to feel good again, I had been sick for a week.Yes I would recommend Fast Track Urgent care to anyone. I have been there probably 20 times or more over the years.
Unfortunately the reception staff was not very welcoming or friendly upon arrival. The doctor we saw was good and professional. When I left I went to the pharmacy to collect my RX prescription and it hadn’t been received yet. I called Fast track for an update on the script and the person I spoke to was quite impatient and rude . I had a child screaming in pain . I would expect a little more care and concern from the staff there. I’ll try not to return there if possible.
I had the doctor this time and felt more assured I would be taken care of correctly.
Went in to get my sinuses checked, was in and out quickly with recommended over the counter medication to take (and instruction on how to use them properly)
All urgent care does only temp work . Feels like better wait and get appointment with appropriate facility
Waiting time too long for an set appointment. More than 0:30 minutes to be called.
doctor amazing, she explained easy understandable procedure but the nurse that was a guy kind of rough. He knows what has to do was tough.
I went to get a wax removal on my right ear and Instead I ended up with an irritation in my ear by the nurse assistant on duty which caused me pain, and needed prescription drops. Maybe she was not trained enough to handle this situation.
