All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. The recommendation of the provider was for me to "suck a lemon or sour candies." When I tried to explain that I was unable to do those things, he said there were no other options for me. He did not let me explain that it was because of previous dental issues I was unable to do those things. I left extremely frustrated after waiting 2 and a half hours to be told to suck a lemon. I waited over an hour and one half
I had two prescriptions sent to MacDill Air, Force Base. I can only get my antibiotics because on the second prescription, there was no directions on how to use it so they would not fill it.

I had an appointment and still waited over an hour to be seen. Waiting room freezing. Still had to been seen via telehealth couple days after this appointment so I feel like I wasted my time.
God bless the PA. She sent me to the ER. Said I might have a blood clot. Sure enough. Several blood clots in my lungs.
We made an appointment and we’re seen 2 hours after the appointment time. There was only 1 doctor treating all those patients. We told the medical assistant the pharmacy we wanted the prescription to go to and he put in the wrong number, so she was not able to start her medication until the next day. The pharmacy that the medication was called in was closed by the time we got out. This will be our very last resort. I would rather sit in the emergency room then go back to this office.
My daughter and I waited over an hour to be seen when we had scheduled an appointment. What is the use of having the ability to schedule an appointment when you are not seen at the scheduled time.
