I was diagnosed with upper respiratory infection and told to take over the counter meds which I had already been doing so dr writes prescription for antibiotics but wrote on it not to fill until 4 days after I went to dr. So I had to wait to get prescription filled delaying the healing process.

I went in because I have a seriously sore throat for my second day and my nose was draining into my throat I was starting to cough I felt awful. They took a strep test said I did not have strep but today is Monday and I still have a sore throat, I have never had a regular sore throat last this long. In the past walk-in clinics have given me something to help with a nasal drainage and the cough nope not this one. 3 days later I'm still in bed suffering.

Me PCP is very old fashion. Does not have computers. Cannot do any tests in his office. He would have been 3 to 4 more days before he would send prescription. Fast Track Urgent Care gets to the healt problem quickly & medications are sent that day. I come to that locstion for quick & acurate information & service. I always will.

My symptoms, blood in Urine, feel like the flu for 7 days , no energy to get out of bed and kidneys hurt. Called and asked if they had a doctor that could prescribe antibiotics, Fast Trac reply, “oh yes!” Had same or identical issues and symptoms 15 months ago but went to an Emergency Room in Cape Coral. Back then, they poked drew blood, MRI, the whole out-of-pocket $3000 expensive and all useless treatment but did gave me a $15 antibiotic 7 day treatment and problem got resolved but for $3k. The doctor and staff was very nice but I was misdiagnosed. The doctor told me that I would be fine and didn't need any medication. Continued to get light headed and weaker. By Thursday I couldn't hardly move. Went to MedExpress and they said I had a mild concussion, ear infection, and a sinus infection. Gave me antibiotics and told me I must rest for several days. Visited this Urgent Care for the first time to complete a drug test before starting a new company. The tech made me feel as if I was a criminal, maybe she thought I was, simply because I was doing a drug test? She ordered me to grab the supplies one and label the supplies. If that was to make sure that I saw nothing was tampered with, please and thank you would have gone a long way. Very clean office, nice people, but the PA I had who was very nice did not know what was on my face. I had a Benadryl shot which helped but has not cleared it up. I wish that the PA would have had a medical doctor come in and look as this was serious enough to me to make a trip to fast track. I was there Saturday and I am wondering if you have a policy for a follow up appointment with an MD. I would be grateful to know this information. The Dr did not thoroughly examine, ignored our concerns and requests. Two weeks later we still have the same issue we went in with. The visit was a complete waste of time and money, not to mention frustrating as well. Would never recommend or return.
