At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Terrible experience. I was seen close to closing on a weeknight with nobody else in the waiting room. Female doc with bushy hair was rude, dismissive and interrupted me as i tried to express my concerns. She told me my painful throat glands werent that swollen and i was being dramatic. Techs were similar in they made me feel like i was inconveniencing them. I was given a rapid test for strep and flu and then sent on my way with a z pack, which wont do anything for viral infections. Disappointed not to have received test results that I paid for.
Just note if your review gets a “response” from owner trying to reach you. Should you miss the call and then return call; good luck with that! I called back three days straight without any luck.
Great people, terrible wait! Not too many in the waiting room and still it was around an hour and a half visit. It took about an hour or more before getting to a room. Then I nearly fell asleep waiting for the dr to come into the room. In all she was there probably about 5 minutes or less, so I am not sure what takes so long. It is definitely frustrating to wait that long while not feeling well.
The staff was very nice. I went to get checked out with symptoms of congestion in chest, nasel and cough. I told the Dr my 7 month son and few coworkers were tested positive for the flu. First I was told it might me an upper respiratory infection. It doesn’t sound like I have the flu but if I do it’s to late to be put on tamiflu. I insisted on testing anyway to make sure it’s not the flu before going back to work. The Dr had me do a swab test and came back I was positive for the flu. I made a same day appointment, and I was taken back to see a nurse practitioner shortly after my appointment time. I walked out with meds in about an hour after arriving. It was a Saturday with a lot of walk ins with kids who did seem to be anxious and waiting a long time. I think the key to being seen promptly is book time online and fill out the paperwork from the website before you arrive.
My wife and I both were seen. My wife was diagnosed with a common cold. Two days later she was in the hospital being treated for an infection in her right lung. As for me, I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and prescribed antibiotics. 7 days on antibiotics hasn't improved my persistent coughing. I'll give it up and go to the emergency room tomorrow if this doesn't get better
Rx was ordered, supposedly, by nurse practioner, never happened-nothing at pharmacy. Do not bill any remaining fee since I will formally contest same in writing.
Never called in the RX.
