All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Non emergency care. .wait wasn't very long. .once I was in the room and saw the doctor. In & out in about 2 hours.
The front desk person that day,June 22,2021 @ 2:45pm seemed overwhelmed or maybe just unhappy at her station. Working 8n the customer service industry learning to make your smile be evident through your mask has been something we have all had to learn., she was unwilling or just disinterested in patients
As I sit with my husband in the hospital I am traumatized by our visit here. First error, we arrived at 7:59 pm (They closed at 8:00) my husband was having shortness of breath and feeling very sick. The front desk receptionist was very rude and upset with us because we came so late. They gave him substandard care and made him feel like a piece of crap as they gave each other the annoyed look. I will never come to this place again and let it be know this urgent care is worthless. I injured my thumb very bad i literally had a piece of my fake nail smash into my thumb and the doctor only soaked it thats it. I literally had te remove the fake nail that was smash into my thumb by myselfI waited for the phone call about sending me to a hand doctor and nothing. Waste of time and money
Upon arrival my driver's license was needed which I didn't have a problem giving, but was not returned to me on a Timely manner. If I didn't remember to retrieve my license the receptionist would have forgotten and put in a pile they have in office ( This info was stated by receptionist) along with other licenses they have forgotten to return from other previous customers. Secondly the visit was for very long as this was only a sports physical for my son. There is more questions and frustrations but to lengthy to type.
Thr doctor didn't send my prescription in for my allergic reaction to mango. Went to the pharmacy twice. SMH
Worst place... will not ever use again
Medication that was prescribed was not appropriate to my eye condition. After seeing my eye specialist he mentioned that the medication was not appropriate for the condition that I had... After doctor prescribe the correct medication, I was well into in a couple of hours. What bothers me is that the visit to the facilities and the medicación we’re not covered under my insurance, all expenses where out of pocket. I believe I should be refunded for the visit ...
I left worst off then when I came. I wasn’t issue a prescription I was told what could be the problem! I was just hurt more by some nurse with no experience on what I was describing I just left in more pain and anger for letting her examine me with no clue as to want the issue could Brit sucks I’m still I’m a lot of pain from the experience
