At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

We were not seen for our 11:30 appointment until 1:00 pm. We were not advised of any wait time or that there was a delay for appointments. The lady at the front was very rude. We were paying up front and she made us wait another hour because she was trying to run the insurance. She did not apologize for making us wait for no reason. I had to wait 2 and a half hours to get seen but the PA (Alexis Adams)that diagnosed me was really nice and helped me process what was happening to me. Upon receiving my results I had to call over 7 times to get the okay to come in and be prescribed for another medication. I was greeted by another doctor who seemed less than interested to be talking to me about my condition and made me feel like I was the person in the wrong for being in my current state.
Had an appointment for COVID-19 testing, And I had to wait an additional 1 hour and a half to be seen. If they gave me an appointment time why do I had to wait pass an hour from my original time to be seen? If they are overloaded with COVID test just use the appointment time wisely.
Waited for over 3 hrs to Be seen and also have questions in regards to whom is qualified to do what there. I received a X-ray and a injection by the same person is that even legal?
I was forced to take the PCR test after asking for the rapid test and didn’t get back the results as told in 3 days.
Your practice needs more employees. I waited over an hour and a half after making an appointment. The gentleman that was parked next to me waited 2 hours for his appointment.
The wait was way too long for someone having problems breathing. No one even asked about my problem until I was actually in the room. I was thinking if my problem had been more advanced, this is one place I would not wanted to be! Dissatisfied customer
Polite didn't wait long. Would of preferred a doctor instead of a nurse practitioner.
I went in and didn’t realize how serious my illness was. They sent me straight to hospital where I could get treated. I wasn’t charged for the visit and they probably saved me from further damage to my body.
