I had an appendix infection and it was ruptured and the doctor you had told me maybe it’s appendix but you don’t have fever so the main purpose is cyst on ovary

Awful. It started with your front desk staff. Just short and rude. Then the nurse made us feel like we were not welcomed because we were NOT Vaccinated. Then she asked "why are you even here?" Then the PA comes in- not even a Doctor. She is short and rude, does not check my breathing, ask about any symptoms, just rushes me out the door. She did throw a flyer my way on a treatment offered, but would not answer any questions and said she would refer me on Monday and then within 24-48 hours after that someone MAY contact me. I registered at 10am and was not seen until 2pm. Unacceptable!
The wait for COVID Testing was over 2 hours. I went there early in the morning and didn't get back home till late in the afternoon.
The ladies up front have no business being in customer service. I had an issue twice with them. One on Tuesday, for my appointment, and one on Wednesday, for my daughters appointment. They were everything but pleasant. I understand that it’s a tough time to be in the medical practice right now, but if you cannot control your attitude at the front desk, you should find another career choice. I went in because I was having Covid symptoms. The first time I went in, one of the front office staff was very rude and simply said we are not going to give you a covid test on Sunday. We only give them from 8 to 2. I work for the school system and receiving this result was key to return to work. I then went in on Monday at 9 and did not get seen until 1.
