Very friendly staff. Was able to call ahead and schedule an appointment for an hour later. Did not have to wait long before being seen.

The receptionist was prompt with a greeting and taking my information. After completing paperwork, I was seen by a nurse for intake/vitals within 5 minutes and then seated in a treatment room to wait for the practitioner (who was a ARNP on this visit, not an MD). Practitioner was prompt and had reviewed my chart from an earlier visit. He was attentive and informative. I have a persistent chest cold with a lot of congestion and coughing.
