Doctor and tech were great. But had to call corp. to get x-rays to take to surgeon. still had to go to office of Gandy twice to get them. Receptionist Yoanma could not be bothered with patient needs. But after getting past her service was great and fast.
As you can see by my record i visit frequently. It's convenient & fast. I usually can see Dr.. after work. However your new policy of keeping my credit card on file is unacceptable. I told the receptionist I was not comfortable with this. She made me feel that if I did not comply I could not see the Dr. So I complied. I want my credit card removed. I will not visit again. Its wrong. If there is a balance... BILL me. Do not use my credit card. Not Happy.
I only came in for a employer-paid urine drug screen. They had me complete 4 pages of paperwork for them (I don't even live in the state) and made me wait over 30 minutes to do the urine test.
What is the point of making a reservation if you’re office is still going to keep us waiting. I reserved a spot for noon, my daughter waited an hour just to have two staples removed. I understand there were other patients but it still should of not taken an hour for my daughter to be seen. Very disappointed with the wait time.
Really poor follow up, could not get the xray report timely. Waited 2 days and then went to an ortho who quickly saw a fracture.so we went for two days with an untreated fracture, waiting for you guys to respond. Also the receptionist, S heldon 8am today was snotty and basically hung up on me.
Not really impressed.. Doctor didn’t really care, thank god it only cost nev15.00. I would of disputed it with my doctor.?
Came in with suspected AFIB. EKG performed, doctor reviewed and suggested transport to Hospital. Hospital confirmed AFIB.
My ID was given to another patient by mistake and he drove away with it. I had to wait 30 minutes before he came back with my drivers license.
I am too sick too respond further.
