I was diagnosed with upper respiratory infection and told to take over the counter meds which I had already been doing so dr writes prescription for antibiotics but wrote on it not to fill until 4 days after I went to dr. So I had to wait to get prescription filled delaying the healing process.
I went in because I have a seriously sore throat for my second day and my nose was draining into my throat I was starting to cough I felt awful. They took a strep test said I did not have strep but today is Monday and I still have a sore throat, I have never had a regular sore throat last this long. In the past walk-in clinics have given me something to help with a nasal drainage and the cough nope not this one. 3 days later I'm still in bed suffering.
Came for a physical for work, seen by Dr. Moussa. Told me he "didn't do physicals bc he has never seen me before, doesn't know me, gave me a lecture on US healthcare system. And it got worse from there. Even tho he did the physical, he guaranteed me he wouldn't do my next one. I guarantee i won't be seeing him again either! He was a total jerk, made me like i was crap, and i was so angry when i left! Sad part is I've been using your facility for over 3 years and have ALWAYS had EXCELLENT and such COMPASSIONATE care!!!!
Pointless.to make an online appointment
We made an appointment for a sports physical and we were in and out in 40 minutes!
Came in with very bad back ache I had self diagnosed it as a kidney infection The Man that came in was the same man at front desk of appearing to be trained. Imagine my surprise when the same goofy guy introduced himself as my doctor He did a urine test In less than two minutes told me no blood in the urine and no kidney infection sounded like a sprain my back somehow I didn’t have a good feeling from the minute I walk through the door and nothing he said made me feel like it was worth $50 to me
I was the doctor he just wrote the prescription wich i bought fron hen i told hen what i had he barely loock i will never go back
Me PCP is very old fashion. Does not have computers. Cannot do any tests in his office. He would have been 3 to 4 more days before he would send prescription. Fast Track Urgent Care gets to the healt problem quickly & medications are sent that day. I come to that locstion for quick & acurate information & service. I always will.
If you need a bandaid for a cut this is your place for treatment!
