Had a good experience initially at the original visit. But when I had an allergic reaction to the medication prescribed and called the office, was told they would call me back. 4 hours later still no call. I called the office before 8PM and got a recording saying all customer representatives are busy No one ever came on the line and after waiting about ten minutes I then got a recording saying they are closed! Very dissatisfied!
I was seen promptly for triage and doctor. Friendly kniwledgable staff through. I am on the mend thanks to fast track.

Facility is great and everyone is nice. They misdiagnosed me and didn’t do a flu test because they were out. I called back next morning at told them everything that had changed and updated them on my status. They told me they still didn’t think I had the flu and I would have to pay the deductible again to get tested because the provider still thinks it’s just a cold. I promptly went to another facility and was tested 100% H1N1 and was able to get my wife and child on their way to being protected.
