First of all, your exams rooms did not appear to be as clean as they should have been. For the symptoms I gave the physician I went to your facility on Wednesday 02/05/2020,i.e..... I have a history of Bronchitis, my sputum was green, I was sneezing coughing, headaches. he should have put me on an antibiotic but did not. As a result, I got much worse and ended up going to the James A Haley VA Hospital ER on Saturday 02/08/2020. They put me on Cipro 500mg, Guaifenesin 400mg as well as the Benzonatate 100mg. I made an appointment but was told they dont go by that as it is not fair to walk ins. I waited a hour and a half to see some one
I was made to to think that I should have called my doctor instead of going there.
Took 60 minutes even when arrived at the time of my appointment. Diagnosis was mediocre. Adid not test for bacterial infection and yet antibiotics was prescribed.
Had to wait for 3 and 1/2 to see the Doctor. The place is a joke as not enough staff to take care of the growing area. Everyone I saw was about as bad as I was.
Didn't help, still suffering from the same symotoms
I came there with an upper respiratory infection, and I was refused antibiotics. I have green yellow red colored mucus. I lost my voice. So here I am a week latr, still coughing and hacking, keeping everyone around me sick. Your American Medical Society is keeping the working class sick and at home. Give us the drugs we need. And keep your politics out of it. Liberals!
we made an appointment so we would limit our exposure to your sick patients. I am not sick I was there for my ankle. we were seen almost an hour after our scheduled time and I think the doctor spent all of 5 minutes with me. not to mention that your waiting room is too small and people were having to stand.
Front desk is phenomenal, but the nurse that takes your stats in this particular day leaves a lot to be desired. She was very impersonal and borderline rude. I like the front desk, but dread the stats folks especially when they have no bedside manners.
