front desk girl came off trashy (unprofessional & rude). Patient openly coughing in lobby I asked for a mask. But mask should of those with flu like symptoms or coughing with coronavirus outbreak, Thara a no brainer I thought.
Spent an hour to learn fast track sign up for appointment and enter medical information only to be told at front desk that they could no access that information causing delay - not honoring appointment.
I was the first one there and the next person didn’t walk in until much later and it still took them an 1 hour to see me and give me an incorrect diagnosis! I walked out of my room after I’d been there for 1 hour with nothing but a flu test done (waited 25 minutes to get results). Then the nurse practitioner told me my issue was asthma and a common cold. I found this place and i loved it but this last time was so disappointed its suppose to be an urgent care but the doctor told me they didnt have a technician to do an xray so i had to drive almost an hour away from my home (25min to tgh urgent and another 25min to get to another one that did have a technician) so im going to be sticking with medexpress next time no more tgh urgent care!
I walked in and four people walked in after and they were all seeing before me. They didn’t have an appointment like me. The triage employee said it was his fault as he pick up the wrong paperwork four time(one time is ok but four time). I wasn’t the only one complaining that day.
Waited for 40 min for a urine test with an empty lobby.
I told the doctor that I thought my 16-year-old daughter had a UTI. He disagreed with me and said it was a yeast infection and that he had just run a test that was neg for UTI. Three days later I got a call from the office saying she did in fact have a UTI and they were calling in antibiotics. I told the staff that the doctor told me he ran a test at the office and it was negative and staff said there is no year for immediate results for UTI. I arrived within 20 minutes of closing so I asked the desk person if it was OK to come in and she nicely said sure. When I got back to the room, the tech said "We wanted to go home on time tonight!" I gave them my allergy list and the nurse practitioner commented that I had "way too many antibiotics" on my list and that they could give me anti-nausea meds if I eve needed to take one of the ones I thought I was allergic to.
