There is nothing “fast” about this location. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour. Only to be taken back to another room and have to wait another long period of time. My copay is more than if I had just went to my PCP. I’ve lost about 2 hours of time that I could be resting sitting in this office waiting to be seen. The wait time makes this place not worth it.
I went in did not know if I had cold or flu - but it effected my ear - It was thought that my ear had wax, but I don’t think it did - kept flushing and the flushing made my ear hurt - after this episode the nurse comes in and has me sign a paper concerning my ear. I’m given an antibiotic for my ear to take the next 10 days - my ear has not cleared up yet - and there was only 1 nurse there that day -
4 hours wait, PA prescribed me wrong med for my diag
Cash payer: I was told the visit was $100.00 actual it was $135. The doctor did not touch me or examine my knee for anything including heat, leg pulses, knot behind the knee. While I sat in a chair she said bend the knee that was the $135.00 exam a virtual visit. She ordered the xray I requested which she informed showed no arthritis, or abnormalities and told me to use an ace wrap as I have tendonitis.
People were rude in waiting room and also needed a credit card just to be seen
I went on line the day b4 my visit to obtain a “fast pass” I input my info including my Medicare number. When I entered the facility the receptionist seemed unconcerned. I was not greeted & when I explained I had a “fast pass” she said the 2 people sitting there & myself all would be called by when we arrived. Then I proceeded to fill out the paperwork which was for the most part what I had filled out the night b4. Why did I fill out the fast pass. It was useless?
10:30 arrival per “call ahead” 11:30 finally in treatment room where I waited another :20 Very unprofessional young man who called my name to bring me back.
I had to wait 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room and there were only 2 other patients waiting to be seen in the lobby beside myself. Once I finally got into a patient-room, I waited almost another hour to be seen. I told the Dr. I had been feeling terrible for a week, and at this point was coughing up green phelgm. I had a horrible headache and came in because it was so bad I could barely function. I was given 3 days worth of Butalb-acetaminophen-caffeine pills and told I needed a head CT. Then I was sent on my way without a prescription for a Cat Scan. Told to see my Primary Dr. Four days later I ended up at Brandon Healthplex ER. I did get a head CT there but the Dr didn’t really seem to care about me. He seemed disapointed that I am a TGH employee and had never heard of him!
