On 2/16/20 i came to the urgent care I waited 2 hours and saw Kelly Clausing I had a UTI which I've had before she asked what my urologist in Toledo would prescribe. I told her Cipro. Her comment was that was too strong and prescribed CEFDINIR 300mg cap. I took the medicine as prescribed a week after finishing the medicine the UTI came back on March 1. Now I had to call my urologist in Toledo to get treated which started with a urine sample at Lab Corp in Largo and a recheck in 2 weeks. I do want to say the office personnel... read more
I had to wait about three hours to see anyone and it wasn't a doctor but a Physician's Assistant. To me this is not urgent care.

I made an appointment online to fast track. I arrived 15 min early to fill out paperwork and a very nice receptionist told me they were very busy and there would be a wait. She said they try to get fast track people in a fast as they could. An hour and a half later, I was finally brought in for the vitals, then left in an exam room for another 15 min. I went there sick with throat pain and coughing the practitioner said there was nothing wrong with me and sent me home i ask to see if he could prescribe and antibiotic call amoxcicillin 875 mg so i could cure the infection and he did not do that he said i didn't need it i was three day after that in bed sick thank god for Dr. Ferralles my permanent doctor they couldn't see me that day so they sent me there to urgent care that was a waste of time i will never go there again i would rather drive 25 miles to Dr.Ferrales becau... read more
Cannot get Fast Track to submit information to insurance for bill to be paid. The insurance company is ready to pay, but time frame running out because Fast Track won’t call them back. The billing department says it will but it would take 30-40 days. They’ve been asked numerous times to st least call insurance and they just won’t. Real rating is 0 stars, but it won’t let me do that.
There is nothing “fast” about this location. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour. Only to be taken back to another room and have to wait another long period of time. My copay is more than if I had just went to my PCP. I’ve lost about 2 hours of time that I could be resting sitting in this office waiting to be seen. The wait time makes this place not worth it.
I went in did not know if I had cold or flu - but it effected my ear - It was thought that my ear had wax, but I don’t think it did - kept flushing and the flushing made my ear hurt - after this episode the nurse comes in and has me sign a paper concerning my ear. I’m given an antibiotic for my ear to take the next 10 days - my ear has not cleared up yet - and there was only 1 nurse there that day -
