Being from out of state, visiting, we were hesitant to seek medical help. Reception was very efficient and personable. PA was quick to diagnose our symptoms and had me do a nebulizer treatment. After two days we felt the effects of the meds. And now feel better yet.
The staff at Fast Track Urgent Care are simply the best! When you're not feeling well and need walk into a walk-in clinic, the last thing you want is for staff to treat you like every other customer. Every single person, from Esther to Dr. Williams to the front desk were courteous, friendly, and cared about my well-being. No one ever likes going to a walk-in clinic, but if it is necessary, this is the one to visit. Thank you!
Service was fast. All staff was friendly and caring.
Two receptionists. One (Judy) was very friendly. The other - not so much. Initial nurse, called my name, and (after I got up and walked to the back) decided it was a different person. PA was very friendly and thorough, but prescribed the wrong meds. I ended up spending $38 (not reimbursed) on the wrong meds.

Very clean, professional facility, I have already recommended to friends and put business cards on bulletin board and in Town hall. ARNP was very knowledgeable and had a nice personality. Front desk was efficient. CNA was not very friendly but I can’t complain. Thank you. Service was fast as well, no sitting for hours.
