Still not recovered from throat discomfort
I was at a pain scale 10 out of 10 because of my neck. The nurse practitioner who "treated" me barely listened, barely touched me, and quickly decided what the problem and solution were. He said the muscle relaxer he prescribed might make me dizzy and I should not drive, drink alcohol. and be careful not to fall. It gave me no relief or changed behavior or dizziness. I was given and amount to pay and when I left a was charged something different. Since I don’t have health insurance and had to pay out of pocket and Not working because of our current situation, I feel this was poor service
I tried to log on to the website, and it said I had the wrong username. You all emailed the correct username to me. I tried to log in, and it said the password was incorrect. I tried to get the password reset, and it said the username was incorrect. I was using the name that you all sent to me!
Front desk clerks should more courteous with patients. They definitely need more training. The Nurse practitioner was very kind and helpful.
I went in for one thing and was diagnosed with something I never said was bothering me. I was told I was contagious but only given a note to be out of work for one day. I wasn’t even given my diagnosis... I looked online on my medical records . My temperature on my forehead was high ... for whatever reason she took my temperature orally... my oral temperature was lower than 98.6 and she used the lower temperature for my medical record. It took too much time for the PA to see us. In the meanwhile, me and my wife were exposed to the virus in the waiting room for over an hour. We would have preferred to wait in our car and receive a phone call when our turn came. However, receptionist said, you will be called in a minute. Then, it took another 30 mins until we were actually called in by PA. In the meanwhile, we had to wait in waiting room/lobby, thereby increasing risk of exposure to China virus. During the COV crisis I attempted to go into this location and they tried to turn me away. There was no one else being seen at the time I arrived right when they opened and no one else was there. I have very good health insurance and I have money and they still did not want to see me even though I was sick. They told me that they are only seeing COV patients but they had no other patients there at the time. I did not think that it was possible for a doctor to turn away sick people.
