Waste of my time
Very disappointed - deceptive billing practice.
I went for a large blister on the bottom of my toe - I am a diabetic - Was given Doxycycline 100mg twice a day - Told the Doc? I was allergic to many meds so I wanted to start with Lower dose - He said he didn’t have time to discuss it as he had other patients - Took 1 Capsule and my muscles froze up
Called an ambulance for me within five minutes of me arriving at Urgent Care. I couldn’t breathe, BP was 200/115. No fever but she said my skin color was grey and alarmed her as to the condition I was in and I feel she made the best decision to send me to the hospital. Turns out I have congestive heart failure, lungs had lots of fluid in them and I needed to be put on Oxygen. Oh he’s when I arrived at Urgent Care my Os level was very low too. Dont ever go here!!! My grandmother fell and hurt her back a few days ago and we called and registered her an appointment and explained she vomitted a couple times after her fall. They gave us an appointment and had us wait for 2 hours when no one was even there just to turn us away and say we need to go to an E.R because she needs to get a ct scan just in case she hit her head. I received medicine for the root problem that the doctor described was a severely neck muscle strain that was causing intense pain. But Dr. Williams did not give me anything for the pain even though I asked for something. The doctor stated she wanted to treat the cause of the pain instead. I have had sleepless nights and days thus far due to that decision. The initial effect of the medicine is to put me into a restless sleepy state for about 4 hours with pain to wake up to more pain. Went to the clinic for swollen sore throat, fever and had just started coughing. Was told new guidelines regarding fever. So would not acknowledge fever. Treated for cough and not the throat infection I went in for.. was home one day fever kept rising, throat got worse and left eardrum burst.. I went to the clinic without explaining they send me to another. Clinic to be tested for coronavirus on that they not explaining nothing .. I told them that I work in a pharmacy and I have small kids in my household and do I need to be Quarantine and they never said anything.. I went to work today and they told to go home and rest cause I was coughing
It’s better but the patient stay to long in the lobby’.
