I needed a COVID-19 PCR test for travel, the test had to be administered Within 72 hrs Of travel. Our situation was explained prior to testing, Nurse Flack assured us we would get the results in time for travel. We did not.... as a result our flight was rescheduled for 6 Sep, as of now we still do not have any results, and now we have to cancel our trip. I wished you had been honest with us about your timelines. We would have had the time to get tested elsewhere and have the chance to keep our travel plans.

Front dest service were excellent super friendly, and helpful The problem was they send antibiotics to my son for ear infection and he doesn’t have an ear infection!

Very slow service. I had an appointment at 12 and was not seen until 1:30, they didn’t seem to mind. Other people walked out.

I have been to this urgent care twice and have been treated by the same provider both times and I was very upset with my treatment. The first time I went in for a yeast infection and the NP inserted the speculum with no lube. It was extremely painful and with the added discomfort of the infection, was very unpleasant. The second time I went in with severe dehydration believed to be linked to diabetes insipidus. I went for a COVID test. They advertise that they do them there. When in a room the PA asked me the CDC questions and informed me I did not qualify for a test. I mainly wanted a test because my husband was having brain surgery and I am his caregiver. I am a nurse and figured it would not be good to have a caregiver who was asymptomatic COVID positive caring for a newly operated patient. after explaining my predicament the PA said I did not fit the criteria. We had an appointment for a COVID-19 test at 6:30. We arrived at 6:20. And the patient that was scheduled for 615 arrive closer to 630. They took this patient in before us. Also another patient without an appointment walked in and they took this person before us. Finally I went up and asked and they had mistakenly forgotten about us. There was no apology given

It was not good I had to make an appt, so I did for 1145 they told me get there 15 min early I did I was there at 1130 I did not leave there until 230pm All they did was blood pressure and swap my nose That’s way too long

The Dr was very nice and I thought helpful but as it turned out I am not happy with how it turned out. I was given only 3 days of Cipro and told as is normal that the culture would tell if that was going to be effective and culture should be back by Friday. I was there on Wed.. I had not heard from them by Friday afternoon so I went to the clinic and was told it was not back yet would be in by Sat. I explained I would be out of medicine by then. I really had a bad experiency at this site. I was trying to have a COVID 1O retest on June or July the 25. And I was there and the ARPN told me that they do not retest and still charged to my insurance company and charge $50 copay. Look lokie they charge for the AC. THANK YOU FASTA TRACK NOT EVEN CLOSE TO TGH HOSPITAL
