Prompt no wait clean and appropriate Covid precautions
Very misleading in offering DISCOUNTED PRICES FOR UNINSURED PATIENTS. The cost for visit to receive a TETANUS VACCINE due to stepping on a rusty nail was US$160.00. Outrageous to have been charged this amount. Office personnel does not answer phone lines, which I would like to share as another complaint. I am very disappointed for you to be affiliated with TGH since I have always maintained high standards in respect to this Hospital (TGH). Very unsatisfied with the cost for such a simple Walk-In visit.
Horrible wait time
Went in with dizziness, headaches and erratic blood pressure that continued to elevate. After a 3+ hour long wait, clinic attributed dizziness to an ear issue and did help that aspect, but did not want to address the blood pressure problem any further than “keep a log book and follow up with a primary for eventual BP medication” (after we already offered to show a series of blood pressure cuff readings taken over the past several days). Megan was unprofessional, dismissive, and generally nasty for a health care pperson. I would NEVER recommend the Gunn Highway location.
Very clean efficient
I was 1 minute late for an online 10:15 appointment, so they rescheduled me at 12:15. I was not seen until 1:30, which is ridiculous. Why enforce exact punctuality on the patient's arrival time if you are not going to be punctual in seeing the patient.
I went to be tested for COVID-19 and after more than a hour they told me that I don’t qualify for the test. So, I expose myself to get tested and didn’t even got the chance to be tested. They should be more clear about the requirements before losing peoples time and exposure.
Doctor brushed me off and did not make me feel validated.
