Doctora con actitud no muy buena .
Perfect, from the front door all the way through. We needed to return for a note, and everyone was so understanding . Thank you, for all you do.
The receptionist was ugly and not helpful. I wasn’t given paperwork prior to my visit by my employer who sent me. “Well why don’t you have it? It is necessary “. All it was was my history. Took me two minutes to fill out. I understand my employer didn’t give me the papers, but that wasn’t me. The X-Ray that took my swab for Covid test did not ever put the sample in a protective carrying vessel. Instead he kept it out carrying it down the hallway uncovered. On line appointment was easy to use. Staff was friendly, explained test and rapid results were appreciated.
Fast track is only the name outside. With appointment, I spend more than 2 hrs only for a Covid Test.Person in the front lobby need a training to treat the patient as a human been,with respect and courtesy. Any fast food treat the persons better that the registration on 09/15/2020.@ 11:00
Terrible. Appointment at 3:15 and seen at 5:15. Requested rapid COVID test which they said they offer, hence why I booked the appointment, and then told after 2 hours of waiting they refuse to do as it yield inaccurate results. Don't bother wasting your time going here - find another provider. Rude doctor too.
No one is on time. Office was 7 minutes late opening. Staff had one excuse after the other. I got a call back looking for a follow-up, was on hold almost 30 minutes.....you need to adhere to a time frame because apparently you have no concept for people with a schedule. Ugh
The woman at the desk told me it was generally a 30 minute wait for a rapid Covid test . The man behind me laughed and said he was still waiting after an hour and a half . I’ve aired two hours and 45 minutes before I was called to go back from my test . Ridiculous! At least have the decency to be honest about your wait time !! Nothing “rapid” about Thai place ;(
I dont know where the people below went but I went to the one in Carrollwood and they were rude and it wasnt fast AT ALL. They turned a man in a wheel chair who had a stroke away because he was 5 minutes late and his wife had an appointment also so they waited and the male triage nurse opened the door and hit his chair and didnt even apologize.
