Less than 20 min wait. Medication was waiting for me when I got to Walmart.
Very professional from arrival through visit. Waited over 15 minutes for the PA, and you apparently had few patients.
1. Wait was extremely long. 2 rarely see a doctor.
Not what I expected. I drove from Zephyrhills FL expecting that TGH Urgent Care would be able to see what is in Mychart and give me a better idea of what my condition is and appropriate meds. I saw a doctor's assistant. She had to talk to someone else to prescribe the med. Not happy.
The Dr was great but I'm not happy with my results went to your faculties with an eye infection paid a $50.00 copay and $100.00 for two eye drops and I still have the infection after 7 day treatment. . I feel that I wasted my time and nothing was done to correct my problem. Thank you
Difficult location to reach,unable to change their appointed time schedule . I would have preferred to have the Covid test done at the hospital or a local site near the hospital.? Why did we not have choices as to what facility we can go to to have this test done as well as choice of workable time schedule for testing. Very poorly coordinated. Unable to reach A PERSON to return my call. Very poor communication regarding the testing for Covid 2 days prior to surgery
I wish I could leave zero stars. When we came in, we asked if they took Medicare. The answer was yes. 6 weeks later, received a bill for $400 for a "new patient visit". I literally made 19 phone calls over 2 months to their outsourced billing company to try to straighten it out. Result was shut up and pay. Seriously the worst customer service ever. No one to talk to. Constantly being told "the back office was reviewing our bill". Said they'd call us back so many times and never received even one phone call. I asked to speak ... read more

The D.O. doctor was uninterested at best. I had severe inner ear pain. See looked at the one ear, not nose, throat or other ear for infection. Did not listen to my lungs. Washed my ear, said it was wax, gave me an ear drop prescription and sent me home. I had zero relief three days later. Visited another facility and the NP did all of the above. Determined a severe sinus infection and prescribe an antibiotic. Better now. Your facility was nice as were the other personnel. The “doctor “ needs to go. Sorry
